Beskrivelse
Lovelace vest is a thick and cosy vest, made from beautiful bouclé yarn. It’s perfect as an extra layer on cold days, over a shirt or jumper, or on its own and next to the skin when the temperature rises. You can wear it open or closed and style it your own way.
Lovelace vest is worked flat, bottom up. There is an opening of about 5 cm between the front pieces so that the laces, which are included in the circumference, are visible. Once the vest is finished, knit the desired number of I-cord laces from scrap yarn in a similar colour.
Size guide:
Choose a size that is approx. 5- 10 cm wider (positive ease) than your chest circumference. The opening of 5 cm is already included.
Needle size:
Circular needle 9 mm (80 or 60 cm) for body, front and back.
Circular needle 7 mm (100 or 60 cm) for the ribbed hem.
Dpns 4 mm for the I-cord laces.
Colour:
The pictured white vest is worked in Pickles Teddy in col. Hvitebjørn, the I-cord laces are worked in Rauma Fivel in col. 01. The grey vest is worked in Pickles Teddy in col. Baloo.
