Sales and delivery conditions

The seller is Witre Design AS, registration number: 929373588, and is referred to in the following as the seller/seller.
The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/buyer.

When the buyer orders a pattern at Witre Design, the buyer will shortly receive an order confirmation by email containing a link to a PDF file with pattern . Be careful to write the email address correctly in the order. It is recommended to download and save the PDF file(s) in a safe place on your own machine or device after completing the purchase. The links in the order confirmation can be renewed, and thus cannot be considered secure storage. 

patterns is for private use only. patterns may not be copied, resold or shared in any other way. Sale of products made after pattern shall also not take place.

 

"My account"
By creating a user on www.witredesign.no, the buyer will have an overview of all previous purchases.

Witre Design may need to revise and/or correct patterns . An email will be sent out with information to everyone who has purchased pattern . If the buyer has a user under "my account", the buyer will be able to download the edited PDF. 

 

Payment
The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. patterns is sent by email as soon as the purchase is completed, and is therefore charged immediately.

 

Delivery
The delivery has taken place when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the item.
If no delivery time is stated in the order solution, the seller must deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. The goods must be delivered to the buyer, unless otherwise separately agreed between the parties. 

 

Delivery time:
Physical products are packed and shipped within 7 working days.
patterns will be sent by email as soon as the payment has been registered. Has the buyer not received an email? pattern within 10 minutes, contact customer service.

 

Postage
When ordering a physical product, there is a fixed shipping price of 79,- in Norway, and free shipping for orders over 1000,-.

Unfortunately, Witre Design does not ship physical goods to countries other than Norway.

 

Tracking
All parcels in Norway are tracked using RFID and Post i postkasse. Please contact customer service to get your tracking number.

 

Right of withdrawal when purchasing patterns
It is the buyer who is responsible for putting the correct product in the shopping basket when a purchase is made. The buyer does not have the right to cancel PDF files purchased on the website, as these cannot be returned. 

 

Right of withdrawal when purchasing physical goods
The buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal on physical goods. The buyer must notify the seller of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the deadline starting to run. The cancellation period starts to run from the day after the item(s) has been received. 

 

Return of physical goods
If the buyer wishes to return the item according to the seller's terms of purchase; send an e-mail to post@witredesign.no. The email must contain a brief description of why the item is being returned, as well as personal details and order number. Returns require a purchase of over NOK 300 and that the item is unused and in the same condition as when the buyer received it. The buyer will be sent a right of withdrawal form which must be filled in and sent in the post together with the item.

The buyer must pay the return postage themselves, and it is the buyer's responsibility that the seller receives the return. The buyer chooses whether the buyer wants money back or an exchange for the same item. The seller sends out a confirmation by e-mail as soon as the return has been received and processed. The money will be available on your card/paypal account within 3-5 working days.

 

Exchange of physical goods
Buyer wishes to change to another product; send an e-mail to post@witredesign.no. The email must contain a brief description of why the buyer wishes to exchange the item and which item the buyer wishes to exchange for, as well as personal details and order number. The seller must check that the desired item is actually in stock, so that the seller can keep it before the exchange can take place. The buyer must pay the return postage themselves, and it is the buyer's responsibility that the seller receives the return. Attach the order confirmation with the completed lower part. The buyer does not pay any new shipping costs for the exchange shipment. The buyer will receive an email as soon as the item has been received and processed.

 

Deficiency of the product
If the buyer finds errors or deficiencies in the item that has been sent, we ask that you, within a reasonable time, send an email to post@witredesign.no. The email must contain a brief description of what is wrong with the item, as well as personal details and the order number. The buyer receives an e-mail as soon as we have received and processed the complaint, including shipping label. The buyer can choose between a new item, this may have to be informed about in the email so the seller can check stock, or money back. The money will be available on your card/paypal account within 3-5 working days. Attach the order confirmation with the completed lower part to the return.

 

Conflict resolution
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The party shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority for mediation. The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if the buyer is resident in another EU country.
